Competitions or Giveaways

1. The Promoter
The promoter is RCC Enterprises Limited t/a Timber Garden Buildings IOM, 2/3 Port Jack, Onchan, Isle of Man, IM3 1ED.
 
2. Eligibility
  • The competition is open to residents of the Isle of Man aged 13 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, its family members, or anyone else connected with the competition are not permitted to enter.
3. How to Enter
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • To enter, participants must:
    1. Follow the Timber Garden Buildings Isle of Man Facebook page.
    2. Like the official competition post.
    3. Share the official competition post.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The Prize
  • The prize is one garden shed, with a retail value of up to £2,500 and maximum dimensions of 10ft x 6ft.
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • The prize is transferable, to a friend, partner or family member on request but not for resale and must be installed at a specified location. 
  • Delivery and installation are included.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
  • The closing date for entry will be 31st March 2026. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • Each valid entry will be assigned a unique sequential number.
  • The winner will be chosen at random using a random online number generator on 31st March 2026.
  • The winner will be notified via Facebook Direct Message within [7] day of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [7] days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.
  • The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
